How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa and Master Card, debit card, cheques, cash and also offer credit terms (30 day net). Credit terms can only be authorized after you fill out our credit application and receive credit approval from us. Please contact us for a copy of the application that you can fill out and fax back to us. It may take anywhere from one to three business days to process your application depending on how long your credit references take to respond back to us.
Do you stock all the items you carry?
Due to the wide array of products we offer we are unable to stock them all. However, we do stock many products in our 10,000 square foot warehouse.
Can I pick my order up instead of having it shipped?
Yes! Please come to the shipping doors at the back of the building for pickups.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is calculated based on destination and items ordered.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this time we can only ship to Canadian addresses.
What if I don’t see what I’m looking for on the website?
Please contact us if you are looking for something not listed on our website. Our knowledgable sales team is happy to help answer any questions you have.
Do you have a print catalog?
With the regular addition of new products making our selection over 4,000 items, we do not have a complete print catalog covering the entire product offering at this time.
